Are your posters original?

All posters in our store are originals. This is our guarantee! If you do not believe your poster to be original, send it back to us for a full refund.

Can I get a poster that is sold out?

Depending on the poster, there might be more copies of it available, or we could source another copy for you.

If there is a particular poster you’re looking for but is not listed in the store, you can always drop us a message to enquire.

Orders

Can I combine multiple posters in one order?

When you buy multiple posters, we try to combine them in one package even if there are some minor size differences.

If we cannot combine a poster in an order, there will be an advisory on the product page, or we will reach out to let you know.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are packed and shipped promptly so please check with us if it is still possible to cancel your order.

Get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel it for any reason.

What if my order is damaged or lost?

We pack our posters professionally and take pride to ensure that the packaging is crush-proof.

In the very unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please write to us and include a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order. We will address your submission promptly to provide a solution.

If your order gets lost in transit, we will either replace it entirely if the items are still available, or send you a refund.

Payment

What are my payment options?

We accept PayPal and most card payments.

Can I checkout without a PayPal account?

Yes! PayPal is able to process your debit / credit card payment securely even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Why is your store currency in Singapore Dollars (SGD)?

As the store is operating out of Singapore and all products are shipped from here, SGD is the preferred currency.

Don’t worry - if your home currency is supported by PayPal, you'll still be able to pay with your preferred currency.

Can I pay in my home currency?

Yes! You can pay in most major currencies with PayPal.

Packaging

How is my order packaged?

Carefully rolled into a waterproof protective plastic sleeve, placed snugly in a crush-proof tube, and then padded on both ends with bubble wrap.

That is why we almost never encounter an issue with damaged orders.

I have some art that I’m selling. Can you help me sort out the packaging and shipping?

You have come to the right place! We pride ourselves in excellent and damage-proof packaging.

Packaging is often an important but underestimated process of selling that we will be very happy to take on for you. If you are an artist, photographer, or creator looking to outsource your packaging and shipping, we offer bespoke solutions at very affordable prices. Feel free to get in touch.

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

No matter where you are, international shipping is priced at a starting rate of S$20 for economy shipping, and S$35 for express shipping.

You only pay S$3 for each additional poster that you include in your order, and we can combine any number of posters.

For local orders in Singapore, shipping is a flat rate of S$6. Orders above S$50 ship free.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

Most express courier services cannot deliver to a P.O. box. We strongly encourage you to provide a residential or commercial business address.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For express shipping, estimates put shipping times between 3-5 business days, if there are no delays. If you’re based in Asia, it often takes less.

Local Singapore orders are shipped using Speedpost and take 1-2 business days to arrive.

If it’s taking longer than that or you suspect your order is missing, contact us so we can jump in to help.

Where can I track my order?

Depending on the courier for your order, detailed tracking information is available at DHL, FedEx or UPS for express shipments.
